Cartridges4less delivers Australia wide with distribution centres in most capital cities.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt and processing of your order and delivery can usually be expected within a day to 3 days depending on what part of Australia you are in. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays or after 3pm on weekdays are processed the following working day.

Orders over $75.00 are delivered free. Large items such as printers etc may incur an additional charge depending on size and location.

Orders under $75.00 will incur a freight  fee of $7.95

We deliver to Post Office Boxes.

We use Australian Air Express, Australia Post Express Post and Toll.  Courier deliveries to a street address will require a signature to verify the delivery and so the best address to use is where someone will be available between 8.00am and 5.30pm weekdays.  This may be your home address if you’re certain someone will be there to sign for the delivery or even better if you can use a business address.

Usually if delivery cannot be made the couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up the item but this cannot be taken for granted.  If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item.

You cannot collect your order in person as our stock is sourced from warehouses across the country.

For items placed on back order, we will notify you within 24hours and advise an estimated delivery time.

For our customers and subscribers to our mailing list and for any one who fills out one of our surveys.

• We keep your personal and business details absolutely private and confidential.
• Your name and email address and any other information you provide is stored securely offline and is divulged to no one. 
• We never contact you unless you ask us to.

We use Westpac's sophisticated, secure payment gateway for electronic commerce. The Westpac's payment gateway is integrated into our site, to allow you instant acknowledgement and receipt of credit card payments.

SSL Certificate. Our web server has 128/256 Bit encryption backed by a Thawte SSL Certificate. This provides security by encrypting data between our web site’s server (the computer on which the web site resides) and your browser.

Your credit card details? At no stage do we see or record your credit card details. At the payment stage of our web site you are interacting directly and exclusively with Westpac's system. Only the Bank sees your credit card details.

Cartridges4less is happy to take back items that meet the following conditions:

• The product is found to be faulty.
• The product does not match the item ordered.
• The incorrect item was ordered

  For faulty goods:

• Please contact us first  to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.  Returned goods cannot be accepted without this.
• Credits cannot be given for goods over 3 months old from invoice date as manufacturers will not accept these.
• Test prints are required from Laser or copier returns, no exceptions.
• If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
• It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to Cartridges4less.  It is your responsibility to ensure proof of delivery for goods returned to us.  Goods that are shipped receiver to pay will be rejected.
• Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days from date of issue.

For product that does not match the item ordered:

•  Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.  Returned goods cannot be accepted without this.
• Incorrectly supplied goods must be returned with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition.  Sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different brands of machines so if you are not sure please contact us before opening the packaging.
• Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days from date of issue.
• Cartridges4less will arrange for the return of incorrectly supplied good.

For incorrect item ordered:

• Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.  Returned goods cannot be accepted without this.
• Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned with original packaging intact and in saleable condition.  Sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several brands of machines so if you are not sure please contact us before opening the packaging.
• It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to Cartridges4less.  It is your responsibility to ensure proof of delivery for goods returned to us.  Goods shipped receiver to pay will be rejected.
• Incorrectly ordered goods returned to Cartridges4less will incur a restocking fee of 20% of item value.
