Questions to ask before placing a service call

- Are there any additional travel charges?
- Is there a discount if you bring the equipment to them?
- What is the hourly rate and in what increments is it billed in?
- Do they provide warranty for the work they perform?
- Do they charge extra for parts?
- How long will it take to fix the machine?
- Should the machine be on or off when tech arrives?
